Your Responsibilities
These tasks await you:
- Complete order processing from receipt of the order to delivery of the goods to the customer.
- Order receipt (B2B & B2C) by telephone, email, or directly from the web shop.
- Creation of orders in the Sage100 merchandise management system.
- Checking and picking incoming orders.
- Invoicing and shipping.
- Maintenance of customer master data in the Sage100 merchandise management system.
- Reception and support of business partners and guests
- Conference room management
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
- Receiving and processing courier shipments and parcel deliveries
Your Profile
You should ideally bring this:
- Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk or office communication/management clerk) with a similar area of responsibility
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Good numerical skills and quick comprehension
- Experience in reception work is an advantage
- Confident use of common MS Office programs and experience with the Sage merchandise management program are an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German (English is an advantage)
- High degree of independence, organizational skills, and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
