Your Responsibilities

These tasks await you:

• Complete order processing from receipt of the order to delivery of the goods to the customer.
  • Order receipt (B2B & B2C) by telephone, email, or directly from the web shop.
  • Creation of orders in the Sage100 merchandise management system.
  • Checking and picking incoming orders.
  • Invoicing and shipping.
• Maintenance of customer master data in the Sage100 merchandise management system.
• Reception and support of business partners and guests
• Conference room management
• Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
• Receiving and processing courier shipments and parcel deliveries

Your Profile

You should ideally bring this:

• Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk or office communication/management clerk) with a similar area of responsibility
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Good numerical skills and quick comprehension
• Experience in reception work is an advantage
• Confident use of common MS Office programs and experience with the Sage merchandise management program are an advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills in German (English is an advantage)
• High degree of independence, organizational skills, and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
